COMPANY BACKGROUND

Amatolo And Son Properties (Pty) Ltd better known as ( A and S Properties) was founded in 2010 with the purpose of assisting home owners or land lords to realise the potential of their properties to make profitable business.  
During April of 2013 ,the sole member of the company had a joint venture with various investors who invested in the company business in return he would then manage their property investments with purpose of making profit. With the members background in the legal, business and financial management it became much easier to adapt to property industry. The sole member was involved in commercial field in commercial property management:
  • Selling of property
  • Procurement of new tenants.etc
At the end of November 2013 he then ventured on residential properties as well .It became an instant success by using same expertise acquired in the commercial sector. As they say “the rest is history”.
